Yes. Equity Ladder uses Supabase for database and authentication, with row-level security enabled across every table — your data is only accessible to you. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
No. Equity Ladder is built around manual entry — you can track every asset and liability without ever connecting a bank account. Bank auto-sync is on the roadmap as a premium feature for users who want it, but it’ll always be optional.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no questions, no retention calls. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop back to the Free tier automatically.
For now, yes. We’re built for the way Australians invest — ASX shares, AUD pricing, Aussie super funds, local property markets. International support isn’t on the near-term roadmap, but we’re not ruling it out.
Not yet. Equity Ladder is currently web-only and works well on mobile browsers. A native iOS and Android app is on the roadmap once we’ve validated the web experience with paying users.
If you downgrade to Free, your data stays — you’ll just hit the Free tier limits (1 property, manual-only). If you delete your account entirely, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
